Growing to order
Perhaps you’re a very cool restaurateur, chef or have an insatiable appetite for fungi. Maybe you’re planning a wedding feast or a 100th birthday party. We can help. We have capacity (within limits, due to our small but mighty size) to grow to order. This could be a rolling order of fresh mushrooms, or a bulk order of dried mushrooms for future use.
Please be aware that there will be a lead time dependent on species and availability, and that we only grow seasonally. Dependent on the variety of mushroom you require, we could potentially offer exclusivity.
