Seasonally foraged for us in the wilds of Scotland & highly prized for their rich aromatic depth, notes of apricot, and a subtle peppery finish. They’ll help elevate your cooking to restaurant quality levels from risottos, pastas and sauces to fancy starters & even sourdough toast.

Rehydrate: Soak in room temp water for around 30 mins. Discard any grit or debris that collects in the bowl.

Ingredients: 100% dried wild Chanterelle mushroom (Cantharellus cibarius).

Allergy advice: Packed in premises that handle celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, rye, barley, & oats), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, tree nuts, crustaceans & molluscs.

Storage: Reseal after opening or decant into an airtight container. Store in a cool, dark, dry place.

Origin: varies throughout season, but always from UK or EU, never further afield.
