Benefits

Oyster mushrooms contain high levels of the amino acid & antioxidant compound ergothioneine which has been used to support conditions related to ageing. They contain beneficial B vitamins including riboflavin & niacin which are useful for promoting healthy red blood cells, skin and nervous system.
